Feb/March Journal Article:
We recently held our AGM with no changes being made to the current committee.
Congratulations to Mark Mostyn on being made a life member of the Snooker and Billiards Club.
We finished the inter club billiards competition in 2nd place before entering the finals. We played Hornsby RSL in our first qualifying final in which we won 3-1. This meant we went straight into the grand final. In the grand final we faced Hornsby RSL again, and again we won 3-1. Congratulations to Mario Aguis, Dave Vassallo, Ray Hanna, Scott Maclean, Jack Tudor and Grant Pulley on winning the inter club billiards competition. All of these guys have been playing in the same team for a few years now so it was a great win. If anyone is interested in playing competition for the club, the competition will start up around March.
